China Europe Innovation Center

The China Europe Innovation Center focuses on the software information industry, artificial intelligence, medical and health industry, and green Internet of Things technologies. It has international industrial clusters such as the Finnish Center, the Swedish Center, the German Center, and the Israel Center. The China Europe Innovation Center consists of a returnees team engaged in many years of cross-border investment and international industry cooperation experience. It is familiar with different cultures and policy differences and has rich experience in international team management. This plays a very important role in the cooperation and communication between Chinese and foreign companies.

The Establishment of Nanjing China-Europe Innovation Center (“CEIC”) were jointly initiated by The Global Green Smart Investment Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (“GGDC”) with The China (Nanjing) Software Valley Administrative Committee (“Software Valley”). Based on the unique geographical location of the software valley and the industrial advantages of prosperity and development also by using their Policies, Resources, Administration, Talents and Industry Advantages. CEIC is managed and operated exclusively by GGDC and is responsible for the investment operation of the software valley foreign-invested enterprises. GGDC established its subsidiary “Nanjing Oulu Technology Co., Ltd.” as the management and operation company of Nanjing China Europe Innovation Center.

China (Nanjing) Software Valley (hereinafter referred to as “Software Valley”) is located in Yuhuatai District, Nanjing. It was established in 2011 and is a national information industry park certified by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It is also the largest software technology park in China with about 5,000 companies. Covering a variety of industries; with 220,000 software developers, annual revenue of more than 200 billion RMB (about 35 billion US dollars). Nanjing, where Software Valley is located, is an ancient city with a history of 2,600 years. It was the capital of China for 500 years. Today is the capital of Jiangsu Province and the core city of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, one of the most dynamic and economically developed regions in China. Supported by the Nanjing Government's Innovation Drive and Internationalization Program, Software Valley aims to be one of the world's leading information technology parks, expanding its multi-party international partners and alliances.
